The Formby McDonald's is the cleanest and most efficient one I've visited compared to others. The staff was helpful and polite, and the entire place was immaculate. It has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
The food is always served hot, and the staff are very friendly. However, it would be helpful to have more employees at the drive-thru, as there's often just one person working, which can lead to longer wait times. Despite this, it's still a good McDonald's experience overall.
Standard experience. The only issue to mention is that the system has been consistently misused, particularly concerning parking space in front of the driver. Other than that, it's a decent McDonald's.
