Lieviti fatti in casa con ottime combinazioni (paglia piena con lardo, gorgonzola e noci) e taglierina con formaggi affettati con giardiniere
Accoglienza e menù degustazione ottimi... Da provare.
Eccellente ristorante, persone meravigliose.. e poi situato nel paesino più caratteristico dell'alta Val Formazza. Da qui parti e torni..
La cucina è deliziosa e il locale è molto carino.
Creative cuisine, tasty.
