Im not really a kfc fan might eat it once every 2years or so...I have to admit i was pleasantly surprised when we visited there a couple of weeks ago..the staff are very patient and friendly and the food was so fresh and tasty.We enjoyed it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about KFC:
Shop wasn't busy, had to wait longer than normal for the order. Chicken / Burger was a little stale, for a Monday. (Must have been left over from weekend) Disappointing normally KFC better View all feedback.
Was there tonight having dinner with family and a worker named Clara or Cara was very rude towards me. I also watched her bag orders and just throwing items in the bag without being cautious. The managers need to speak to the workers about showing...better customer service skills actually making the customers feel like they are allowed to be there, at the end of the day we are paying you remember that.
A worker by the name of Cara or Clara was very rude tonight. She had so much attitude and looking at the food packed into my bag, it was all just thrown in there. Honestly KFC up your game!!
Visited there tonight with my family and the customer service was absolutely rude! Went through the drive through and a worker named Clara gave so much attitude and terrible service! never visiting there again.
Was in drive thru, everything going good until I pull up at the pickup window. The girl giving me my food gave me an offending look/glare and did not say a single word. Couldn’t catch her full name tag, but saw it was spelt Syd,...so assuming someone by the name of Sydney. Other than that poor customer service encounter, the food was up to standard and everything ordered was there.
Ordered hot and spicy chicken but got original instead. Also ordered a coleslaw but wasn’t in the order
