I am guessing this place is permanently closed. They haven't accepted online orders for two straight weeks and their phone message box is full. I will edit this review if I'm mistaken, but they should at least post somewhere about their situation. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Very cozy atmosphere. I’ve never had better service anywhere. Each dish is made from scratch and the staff are just the kindest people you’ll ever meet. I recommend this gem to the world. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

New Bangkok became one of our take out staples during the pandemic. Good food, consistently prepared and always done when they said it would be. Reliable service.

The food at this restaurant was not very good. I ordered the sesame chicken and found it to be a bit soggy with a sauce that was too sweet for my taste. The online menu was hard to navigate because it couldn't be customized. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty and it felt awkward. The server called me over from across the room, which made the interaction kind of uncomfortable. Overall, the service for dining in was not great.

Ordered out some beef pho wait time was going to be 35 minutes, no problem. Picked it up, the place is empty, got home and the pho was awful. It came cooked the noodles were soggy, the meat was tough and had random shrimp in it, broth was bland, with chopped romaine lettuce in lieu of basil. In literally tastes like days old leftover pho. Won’t be ordering here again. Service: Take out
