3rd Gear - Forest Lake

Eating was very good, but they were made of several alcoholic drinks. server was terrible she was cute, but knew nothing.

Would I recommend to a friend? yes. and no. be very careful to go to this restaurant, especially if they have to be somewhere after. eating is amazing! loved every bite from any dish and app we have ordered. drinking were also great! However, because of an event the restaurant hosts the other parasols before site often wait extremely long periods before it is checked by their server, create long misses without drinks or even get to order our dinner meals. from our arrival to the departure we spent over 2 hours and 15 minutes there. that can be good if we were with a group of adults and had a decent soaking service. but we had young children who actually fall asleep on their chairs due to the extreme time it needed for the adult to finally serve and eat again. eating is amazing, but just don't plan to think somewhere at a certain time.

We thought last Saturday at 5:30 for their grilled ribs and were not disappointed, they were excellent! the dining room was unhappy cool, but that was quickly corrected by the manager. we look forward to having dinner there again.

Beautiful picturesque setting, great eating and service

We made our reservation through OpenTable but once we arrived at 3rd Gear they were closed due to a private party. 3rd Gear may be a good restaurant we don't know but we do know OpenTable is a poor service and we will never trust it again.
