First off I have to say I love the fact that this restaurant is one of few restaurants that stay open late. The few times I have ordered take out the food been so delicious and fresh. The drunken noodles is amazing. The owner is very nice and friendly. She introduced me to watermelon Mountain Dew and now I like having it with my food. View all feedback.

this place was earlier ok. we ordered there tonight. absolutely no protein in the spring rolls. tokio makes a better job with spring rolls. I also ordered mixed vegetables stir fry,mild. not only was it not mild, there was a tonne of red Chile flakes in it, and it did not taste very well. this place makes terrible Thai food and I will never order her again. and her manager was hanging up on me when I called, ordering... Terrible Customer Service and very Rude. Ordered 3 times and 3 was delivery was late over an hour and half. The Employee had the audacity to call back and insult me via Voice Message. I have the Message Saved. Never again. DO NOT order from Nine Thai.
WORST RESTAURANT IN FOREST HILLS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. THE FOOD IS NASTY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
I dont understand how anyone ever eats at this restaurant. I've ordered delivery several times and never received it. Always had to be refunded and left hungry. What does the food even taste like?
I wish I can give zero star to this place. Beware and stay away from this place at all cost! This place is a scam. Ordered food through Seamless, and food have not arrived in more than two hours. Tried to call restaurant twice and nobody picks up the phone. Seamless is useless too, doesn 't offer any meaningful help besides saying apologies .
Horrible customer service. We ordered take out for over a hundred dollars and the owner declined to give us food because she didn’t like the way my wife spoke to her. She said it’s her restaurant and she can do whatever she wants. She did not refund the money either. I am having to dispute it through my bank. Avoid this restaurant. She deserves to have it shut down.
