What Michelle Stuart doesn't like about Cobblestones Pub And Biergarten:
Cobblestone features a fantastic beer garden. It has a bar both inside and a spacious outdoor area that includes another bar, long communal tables, and games like giant Jenga, Connect 4, and a ping pong table, among others. It’s an excellent spot for both large groups and smaller gatherings. The outdoor area is heated, and the service is commendable. I haven't tried their food yet, but it's been highly recommended. I... I’ve literally lived in the area for 5 years and always walked past this place but never actually went. I am now happy to say I finally went and I had a great time. This spot has a great game day atmosphere. Enough TVs to catch any game you want. The staff is great, everyone is friendly and attentive. The wings were cooked and prepared to perfection. They had a nice crisp and were wet just like I like em, no dry spots. On Sundays for game day I believe they do half off wings. Definitely looking my new neighborhood sports bar.
Sat outside. No fans, misters, or anything of the sort. Very loud music, could not hear people across from me. IServer didn’t like that two of our friends wanted to be on their own check. Pretty tame tap list for a Biergarten. Left after one drink.
No prices on their table topper beer menu, so I was shocked when I got the bill. I won't be coming back, it's Wall Street prices at a dive bar in Queens (e.g. they have at least three different flooring materials that don't match . $9 regular pint $12 high ABV (10% 10 oz pour $20 Philly Cheesesteak Hero sandwich. I would rate them one star, but their cheesesteak was very tasty (not worth $20 though , so I'm giving them an additional star. Bottom line is they are more expensive than equivalent bars in the City and they hide this from you. I wouldn't have gone here had I known how expensive they are (Google incorrectly includes them with inexpensive search results .
Had a great time with friends! Food was good, I tried the Quesadilla and the boneless buffalo wings. You have a happy hour till 7:00. I had only Sangria and the taste was good, but the alcohol level was low. We had a lot of fun, the service was great. Recommended for a good time with friends with good food and drinks. We had two birthdays and the Desserts did their job!
For the first time visiting this facility and was very satisfied. We were a large group that had not seen each other in a time (so we have milled), and from the servers to the bartenders, the evening was handled perfectly. The pub tea is spot and delicious. Thanks for a great experience.
