I ordered a Chai-Latte. the service was very friendly and the employee even made a few sweats. the drink had a sweet vanilla taste and was pretty smooth. for me personally I found the vanilla aroma rather sweet, as I usually prefer the spiced chai, but I should have called it such. the service was impressive but the products were high quality. when I tried to claim a reduced coffee by the app, the dame tried to scan the code and could not. instead of offering help she tried to clean me, repeatedly said it was very busy when it was quite obvious that the caffe was near empty. I'm working hard to like Matcha, and I think I'm going there. Gloria Jeans certainly makes a good one and she along with my toastia was a good start...
A cold version of a creamy hot kakaos ordered, the kerl at theke has it wrong and had the grace to accuse me saying that I did not mention cold to him, although I ordered the same with him a few days before. I always mention cold because I never have hot. never had this problem with other gloria jeans sockets. the female employees are nice, not their fault the kerl wrote the order wrong. it would have been good if he weren't so rude.
