on the way back to austin I have to eat quickly. I was looking for yelp and found this place with 4 ratings. but it's a big mistake that I went there. first, the environment is not well maintained, and it was hot like a sauna in the inner. second, this place does not offer ice water. concerning the food, it is poorly cooked and tasteless. there must be many fake reviews in yelp or it changed property, on this propert... There eggrolls are not good. Got home ate one and called them immediately. Very disappointed! Lisa's chicken eggrolls are better and there not even homemade handrolled as this place claims. Gross negligence I'm sorry.
Love all their tofu dishes! And their Lo mein is great, I add 2 soy sauces and 1 hot oil, so good. Just order ahead of time because they are busy and food does take about 15-20 minutes, so worth it though.
Lucky Wok has stolen my belly and has been light on my wallet! I have ordered for myself, for my coworkers, and for catering. It is great Americanized Asian food (100% No MSG) that is fresh and piping hot every time you pick up the food. The steam is literally wanting to hydrate your face when you remove the lid to the soup or the take out containers. Heavy hitters orders when I eat meat are: Jalapeno Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, Black Pepper Chicken. Since I want more vegetarian I order the Orange Tofu, General Tso Tofu, Bean Curd with Szechuan Sauce, and Hot and Sour soup.
Best steamed dumplings! We got the steamed dumplings and wonton soup. The food is amazing. It is definitely worth it and we will be coming back. I’m almost a little upset out how good it is. I hope they keep it up!
