We decided to go to Table Table because they were running a promotion... read more I was looking forward to a Mother's Day lunch with my son, who kindly offered to treat me. We decided to go to Table Table because they were running a promotion where mothers eat for free. However, when we arrived, we were told that we needed a code, which we never received. As a result, my son had to pay full price for our meal. When we raised our concerns with the manager, Tom, he didn't seem to care and couldn't offer a solution. Our server, Sasha, mentioned that this had happened to other tables as well. The food was average and the service was disorganized. We were not greeted warmly when we arrived, and our table was placed in a corner, away from other guests. Despite ordering more drinks, they never arrived, and Sasha added a hefty tip to our bill without our consent. The dessert was disappointing, with cold custard and a lack of fruit accompaniments. Overall, our experience was let down by the staff's lack of care and attention to detail. The facilities were also lacking, with the ladies' toilets out of order and the alternative disabled toilet lacking soap. It was a disappointing lunch, and I felt bad for my son for not being able to enjoy a meal as he had intended.
