When I... read more We recently stayed at Premier Inn and decided to have breakfast at the restaurant. My eldest child has autism and was unable to come down for breakfast. When I explained the situation to our server Dermot, he was understanding and allowed us to make a plate for my child to take away. Dermot also gave us take away bags for our food and prepared a bacon sandwich for us to take with us. He seated us next to a table where we could watch the horses, which my daughter absolutely loved. Dermot even brought us extra hash browns because my daughter mentioned that it was the best breakfast she had ever had and especially loved the hash browns. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and provided us with amazing service. The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked and runny poached eggs, crunchy and non-oily hash browns, and well-cooked bacon and sausage. There was also a wide variety of cereals, yogurts, fruits, and pastries/pancakes to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic breakfast choice with exceptional service. We would definitely come back again. Thank you, Dermot, for your wonderful service.

He took her dietary restrictions very seriously, making her feel extremely comfortable and at ease while eating her breakfast. He even replaced her napkin and cutlery with fresh ones as they had been out all night and could potentially be contaminated. I have never experienced this level of understanding and service before. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
