I went to this branch with my Mum as she is there nearly 3 times a week. Was easy to see why is a great way to catch up with friends and even the staff get use to customers and even their preferred orders, lovely to see View all feedback.
What ipd1961 doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
I am a frequent visitor to Costa coffee shops and I have been to this one before This visit however I was not impressed. I was asked for my order by a young lad behind the counter and gave him it, he however seemed more interested in watching the police who were coming into the shop so much so he failed to take mu correct order as well as not inputting in so I could pay for it I then managed to get his attention and... First time using Costa in Newmarket, excellent service with polite and friendly staff.
Always send Uber eats orders with missing items and never send replacement
Staff is rude. Was also rude to her colleague. I like costa coffee shops. However, I will avoid this costa shop.
Working day paid for parking store closed no signage on door nothingnot happy customer
