The staff are most days friendly. Some people don't really give you the time of day. The food always tastes great to me. What Kenna B doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Its like they barely wrap the food up and then chuck it in the bag. They give me the wrong items. They short me items. Switch sizes on the drinks. Literally the worst location I’ve ever been to. View all feedback.
My tacos were thrown/dropped in bag and two came out of wrapping and were disassembled. Really?
Over 25 minutes for an online order to be ready for pickup, we’re the only customers here and it still takes 25 minutes for one meal with an extra quesadilla. At the 20 minute mark I go to see what’s going on when I see them put sour cream on something that’s not supposed to have it, and watch them wipe it away with their hand. Not only is it the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant but also the grossest handling of food I’ve ever seen. And for the wait, nothing, even worse they missed an item that I had to go back and ask for.
This Taco Bell has great portion size, though it often is pretty busy.
