I had ordered my food around 5pm for pick up at 7:15 due to having a appointment from 5pm-7pm on 11/21/23. I checked my order online at 7pm to see if it was ready, my order stated it was ready at 5:15pm and and I realzied that my pickup time wasnt added when I paid.When I arrived at the pizza shop I explained the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.I was then told to not worry about it and they'd make it fresh... What Carol Rountree doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Quality of food has changed. Manager Gave me a credit for a replacement on future order when a delivery was black crust and pepperoni was paper thin and cooked to a cinder crisp. About 3 months later I used credit for a delivered pizza. The taste very bad, toppings almost non existent, the worst pizza I have ever had. Great customer service. Owners went out of their way to give a great experience. Food was spot on as well. Will be back
The owner is a rock star with a great family ran pizza shop! Great service and food! Get the Steak Cheese Papa Dia!!!

Service remains excellent but quality of food very poor and I will have to find another pizza. I thought one bad experience can happen but after this last pizza taste and reduced quantity of topping I do not want to go back.

It only took 15 minutes and they had the food out to me. I can't thank them enough for assistanting with this miscommunication, I love papa johns!
