The staff is so kind sweet! They really go out of their way to give great service. Recently started coming here and LOVE it. Haven’t had a single bad experience. Why constantly lie about food times? Why not just say it's going to be 90 minutes instead of 20 and a room full of hangry people? The reviews consistently complain about this. View all feedback.
Always great food at an excellent price. We always get takeout and expect a longer wait, which is never an issue. Kevin is always fun to talk to, which is an added bonus!
Great food if you want to wait a lifetime lol. I’d prefer they tell me it takes 2 hours and be surprised when it’s “half an hour early”, than be told an hour and have to wait 1.5 hours. Great food tho. Timing sucks if you’re hungry. They know almost everyone by their first name. Food continues to be great.
We have only been to New Chinese Cuisine a couple of times because we do not live in Forest Grove but if we did we would certainly eat there more often. The food has always been very good and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of atmosphere but that’s OK as long as the food stays good!
Moved to Montana little over a year ago and had to come back to Oregon and tried Chinese food every where and nothing compares to this place the best around!!!! Definitely highly recommended
