Unfortunately, the shrimp dish did not meet expectations. I understand that the restaurant is trying to expand its menu beyond just chicken, and that’s commendable since they’ve really mastered chicken dishes. However, the shrimp didn’t live up to the standards you'd expect. It seemed like the shrimp had been minced, reshaped, breaded, and fried to resemble jumbo shrimp, rather than serving actual jumbo shrimp. While there's nothing inherently wrong with that, the flavor and pricing (comparing baby shrimp to jumbo shrimp) left much to be desired. It's a real disappointment. The salad, on the other hand, was quite good.

The only issue was that my son ordered a large fry, while I had a Big Zax Snack, yet I ended up with more fries than he did despite him paying for the larger portion.

I ordered 4 wings and things and a Zac snack I asked for all Zax sauces to be nuclear as we don’t eat those. When I received my order I pulled forward to not exceed their drive time. I noticed I had the wrong sauces so I go to the window I let JACKIE THE DRIVE THRU CASHIER know, she takes them back and she rolls her eyes at me thinking I couldn’t see her. This is not the type of service that makes customers want to come back. I felt like I was in the wrong when I was just trying to get what I asked for. As previous employee in customer service or even as just a person I can tell you that, that is one bad attitude.
