Copper Penny Grill - Forest City

The service was excellent—very friendly and attentive. The food was good overall, and I'm glad I chose the Mahi Tacos, although I wish I'd made some better choices. Despite that, it was a fantastic experience. We happened to fly into town and I can't wait to return. The whole city has a charming atmosphere, perfect for dinner. We even received a complimentary drink since they overprepared. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I give it two thumbs up!

My son took me to this restaurant for lunch, and I was impressed by the rustic atmosphere inside. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our server, Rachel, was delightful to talk to—she really knew the menu well. My son ordered a bowl of chili and a glass of orange juice, while I enjoyed a grilled cheese sandwich accompanied by Nashville chicken soup. The food and service were both excellent, and Rachel truly stood out. I highly recommend this place for either lunch or dinner.

The place was rustic in appearance, but that gives him the copper penny feeling. The sanitary bath was clean, well equipped and has a baby changing station. The sanitary bath also had extras for women, hairspray, body spray, etc. The waitress was friendly, fast and filled with drinks. The bottom was the dining area was really dirty looking and feeling. The food was good, but not the good we expected for the price. The fried mushrooms are not fresh mushrooms (can be frozen) and my husband's steak was not worth $20. His salad was great. My sliders were on the dryer side, but I like them so, so it wasn't a big deal for me. Probably someone who likes Saftburger. Overall the experience was good and we will try copper penny grill again. You can't really exclude a place on the first attempt unless it was just terrible what it was 't.

First time eating here, and it was incredible! Plenty of options on the menu, but I selected the Kentucky bourbon burger with homemade chips as a side. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was literally the best burger I have ever eaten!!! The service was great as well.

My daughter and my grandkids and I just had a most enjoyable dinner this afternoon! I had a french dip that deserves more than 5stars ! We also had homemade potato chips and they were a really good side ! My daughter had a house salad with grilled chicken and she said that it was really good! The service was commendable and everyone made us feel at home ! My personal thanks to everyone at the Cooper Penny !
