The bay is spacious yet cozy, offering protection from the wind thanks to the surrounding cliffs, making it a great spot for dogs to roam. There’s a stream, a cave, and sandy areas, plus a lovely bay perfect for swimming. You can even catch a glimpse of Jersey in the distance, and there are plenty of walking trails nearby. It’s simply stunning!

This is a lovely little beach perfect for swimming and enjoyable snorkeling—great fun for the kids!

This beach is a stunning destination filled with family memories. Its gentle waves create a safe swimming environment, and the soft sand is ideal for building sandcastles. There are plenty of rock pools to explore, teeming with various sea creatures—so don’t forget to bring nets and buckets! A freshwater stream flows down from the surrounding cliffs, offering a breathtaking view as it winds through a lush garden of cafes and onto the beach. There is parking available nearby, but I recommend arriving early during the peak season, as it fills up quickly.

One of my favorite beaches to swim at low tides. love watching the escapes living in the opposite and beautiful cliff hikes.

Brilliant blue sea that is very clear after a long period of mild weather. Big pebbles at top of beach but sand further down. Pebbles and rocks in the water so swim with light waterproof shoes. I have always been safe here, no stinging coral or nasty stuff in the water. Not much boat traffic by here usually so great for swimming. There are kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Boards on the top of the beach that can be hired. Wonderful views. There is a cliff path up on the hill to the right through lots of flowers of all colours and an abandoned little building you can stand in.
