She has been there since your opening. She was very kind and mature. I understand teenager pettiness and childlike problems(from immature employees) and the lack of the owners support. It may not affect you much with just me avoiding the store now, but I bet there are a lot of others that are doing the same. I loved that we had a subway here in little Foreman, now it might as well not be there.
