Huxtaburger - Footscray

I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of menu options at this restaurant, including a chicken option and non-mock meat choices. While they didn't specifically label dishes as vegan, the staff mentioned that vegan options were available upon request. I tried the Meagan Burger with a plant-based patty, salad, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, and tomato sauce. It was a bit dry but decent. The onion rings were delicious. The service was just okay. Overall, I probably wouldn't return, especially with Small Graces nearby.
