The store manager still has not called me after one of their associates tossed the bag at me through the drive-thru and didn?t hand me a receipt (which is policy). The associaterolled their eyes after I asked for the receipt and asked for ketchup (nothing was offered upon the bag toss).

I did, however, notice some litter and food remnants around the tables and seating area. On a brighter note, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I requested to move around for some photos for Google Street View. All in all, I would certainly come back for the fast service.

Although they... read more I rarely treat myself to donuts, but today at Dunkin' Donuts I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, and the service was fast. Although they don’t have all the options they used to have before the COVID-19 pandemic, there was still an impressive variety of treats to choose from! The coffee was also quite delightful!

I stopped by for some BR ice cream, but it wasn't very cold. The quality is so inconsistent, and more than once I’ve been served a drink that's 98% milk and only 2% chai. It’s really disappointing and not what I paid for. I even had to go home and try to add flavor just so it wouldn’t feel like a waste of milk. Dunkin', please pay attention to your menu items—you’re not saving the company by skimping on the chai, for goodness’ sake. Get it together.
