Later, when we ope... read more 07/04-2022: We are from out of town. Around 5:30 PM, we used the drive-in and ordered a few food-items. One of them was Reg. Chips and Queso. Later, when we opened the bags, the Chips was missing. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He had aheavy accent so I could not understand him fully. He said he would give a credit for the missing item. I informed him I can givehim the credit card number. But he said he has to see. Not sure what he wanted to see. When I tried to talk to him further, hejust hung up. My guess is that Del Taco payment system does not allow to give credit digitally. That should change to allowcredits over the phone when the purchase transaction, such as Order#, Purchase Price, etc. is confirmed. The quality of thefood is so-so, nothing to write home about. Because of my experience, I would not recommend Del Taco.

It's very unprofessional for closing staff to shut early just to avoid working the hours they are paid for, ultimately cheating the owner.
