The Tea Rooms Lucan

If I could give a minus rating I absolutely would. We went in for lunch and ordered 2 pulled pork ciabatta the meat was cold and greasy with lumps of congealed apple which was clearly not home made like it suggests in the menu the ciabatta was actually just a sub and not a ciabitta at all. It was completely in edible so both of our sandwiches were left sitting on the table. There was 2 waiters on duty one was polite and the other was a complete and ignorant **** never again will I step foot in this place and I would not recommend this place at all.

Not impressed at all,went there this am on my baby free morning. Service terrible. Looked at me like id ten heads when said i just wanted coffee and scone. Coffer arrived only luke warm but never git the scone.i asked for it even tho id finished my coffee no apology and it still never arrived. Really disappointed as it looked nice outside.

I really love visiting The Tea Rooms , every visit is really special and the food is outstanding. The decor is olde world and very civilised and the staff are fantastic. You are always sure of a warm greeting as you walk in the door. For us it's 10/10 all the time.

Absolutely discussed with the lack of service and the way myself and my partner where treated in this establishment this morning, the staff were obnoxious , I had to order my food twice and our drinks twice as they seen to other customers ,customers who had walked in 20 minutes after us,evetully bringing out half the food I had ordered without any appoligy, myself and my partner got up and left they will never see my custom again .
