Thank you to everyone for a wonderful meal! We had the “Premier Chapitre” which was the first menu with the wine pairings by David, the Sommelier. The meal included a couple of wonderful surprises including a tomato soup that wasn’t on the menu. View all feedback.
The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The combination of flavours were original but worked! The dessert was huge. The setting- in a cloister of the abbey- is truly unique.
Décor uniquely grand : a blend of 800 year-old romanesque architecture and contemporary, solid, tasteful interior design. Food of the utmost refinement and imagination. Stylish, attentive and yet relaxed service. Worth every Euro. Tout est calme et volupté! Bravo!
We spent our first time here today to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. We loved everything about it and will return for another special occasion.
Amazing creativity with each dish. Start has earned its Michelin rating!
Excellent dinner and very nice service. Only the dessert has some space for improvement.
