House wine was over priced and of horrible quality for a 4 ounce pour. Our food came out in seconds. Pasta dish was ok. Sea bass dish was underwhelming. Yesterday's potatoes, very small filled. I expected more for the price.

The restaurant adjoins the beac... read more This was our final restaurant whilst in Sicily. We were driving back to Catania to fly home and stopped off in Fontaine Bianche. The restaurant adjoins the beach from an elevated position giving stunning views of the ocean and cliffs. We were seated quickly and made our order of Pacheri with mixed shellfish. Which was delicious with a sauce to die for involving pistachios and tomato's. All this was enjoyed in lovely bright modern surroundings. A truly great find.!! You must visit if you are in the area.
