What Gloria Soto doesn't like about Summa Sushi:
Oh no!! This food was barely edible!! We ordered tofu salad barren and flavorless, the dressing was okay; combination fried rice rice was mushy, dish was flavorless; beef teriyaki what was going on there? It was terrible! It had absolutely no flavor, it didn't taste anything like teriyaki; the rice that was served with it was extremely mushi; spicy garlic edamame: I had to wash the overly salty sauce off of it just t... Summa was outstanding the chicken mango was delicious, the Teriyaki beef as well
Very good sushi for lunch and reasonably priced. The fish was fresh and the pieces were good sized. Lots of booth seating and some bar seating available. Service was very good. They have a few TVs if you want to watch a game. Parking is limited in front but there is a lot more by grocery store. Very convenient location and easy on and off from the 15. Great location for a stop with an RV due to the big box store lots. Will visit again for dinner to see how crowded they get! Would recommend. Will visit again.
My family and I dinner on Sunday. I ordered 2 rounds of tempura 4 Ramen bowls and 3 rolls. Waitress was a bit rude she seated us with a slight attitude next to the restrooms even though the restaurant had seating in the front that was empty. The every time I was trying to order my food the Waitress with the brassy hair continued to interrupt me first time walking away to get chopstick holders I had asked for previously. 2nd time to tell us a story about herself on why she didn't eat hot soup as a child and she couldn't believe my child was eating hot soup. 3rd time to complement my childrens father on his tattoos and what they meant. Then she allowed me to finally finish ordering for the table. The food was okay the rolls were decent. My children didn't enjoy the ramen it was missing something we gladly took it home and fixed it to eaches liking. The tempura was a good choice for a appetizer. My children like it very much and the rolls. I didn't enjoy being seated by the restrooms. I'm not sure about other customers but if there were seats in the front on the right, I believe I would ask the customers if they would like to sit there instead. They had a baseball game playing on one TV and wresting on the back TV. It was a okay experience.

It had absolutely no flavor, it didn't taste anything like teriyaki; the rice that was served with it was extremely mushi; spicy garlic edamame: I had to wash the overly salty sauce off of it just to eat it; subpar California rolls; Ramen, plain, mushy noodles, and very salty. Gyoza was edible. Service was also not good; unfriendly. It was a total disappointment. This place should be avoided if you want a good meal.
