Pizza Hut - Fontana

The young staff at this restaurant were clearly dedicated to their work. I placed my order online and waited at the counter for around five minutes, but it was evident that this was not because they were distracted or slacking off. They were moving quickly, and I truly appreciated their hard work. I was pleasantly surprised by the team’s sense of responsibility and their effective communication with each other. My pizza was made swiftly and was ready in about 15 minutes, even though they had a lot of orders to manage.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, filled with a delightful fragrance. The thin crust veggie pizza is simply superb, and the potato jalapeño bites are amazing as well. The garlic parmesan boneless chicken bites taste like they're made from real fillet rather than processed meat. Today, I indulged in another veggie pizza, paired with the rich triple chocolate brownie dessert from Hershey.

This location overcooked our pizza, making it dry. Pizza Hut should serve their pizzas as intended. UPDATE: 01/24/2021 - Pizza Hut reached out to us and remade our order. This time, it was prepared perfectly! Thank you!

I ordered extra cheese and ham, pineapple and bacon. Didn’t see any bacon. Definitely not extra cheese and not very many toppings. It was good but not exactly what I thought I was going to get.

Better estimated time for pick up. Was supposed to be 10-20min. Was morr like 45.
