As long as people pay for the price you ask for, they should get the good quality of food and services. The chicken is burned and the cabbage is not cooked . If you are going to provide burned or uncooked food, you should let the customers know before they pay. Parking: It’s located in a commercial area, so there’s plenty of space available for free. Wheelchair accessibility: You just need to look for accessible spots.
Noah, one of the staff members, was fantastic. My husband and I observed him as he was clearly the hardest worker in the room. He not only completed his tasks, but went above and beyond. He maintained a neat and clean work area and performed his duties with great efficiency. He truly deserves a raise. Excellent job, Noah!

As a Florida native, I've found that there aren't any Hawaiian BBQ spots that compare to this one. Every year when I visit California, I eagerly look forward to enjoying teriyaki chicken from here. The staff is consistently friendly, and the portion sizes are quite generous. This location has been my favorite for the past six years that I've been traveling out here. I just want to give a huge 5-star rating to both the food and the team at Ono's!
