I love Juice It Up. I their bowls. I hate the actual birthday they serve it in though. They need a flatter bowl. It's impossible to eat it without spilling blueberries and granola everywhere View all feedback.

This juice it up use to be so nice. Just recently I've had 2 bad experiences here. The first one was a few months ago when I found hair in my acai bowl. I just figured it was a nasty mistake and blew it off. I return back to find the same individual working the front counter, appearing unhappy to see me. I went to get an açaí bowel that my mother and I have been craving, we were left disappointed to say the least. Aside from having to wait longer than usual, my mother and I could not finish the bowel because of how bland it tasted. 1 worker to deal with large amount of customers. As a person who worked in food service I can say that this owner/manger clearly does not know how to support their staff. Save your time, save your money.
Ordered a bowl and a smoothie today stepped out to my car and my son went and got them when they were ready I didn’t notice until I drove out of the parking lot that my bowl was the wrong bowl I ordered a protein bowl and this was not it. Also after opening it and looking at it the bowl was all melted and liquid looked like soup with granola did not eat or drink it threw it away. My sons smoothie was thick there was two girls working so I don’t know if they each made one… those bowls aren’t cheap either

I visited Juice It Up earlier today and was quite surprised to see that only one employee was handling all the stations during a significant rush period. This situation not only led to long wait times but also seemed overwhelming for the lone worker. I felt genuinely bad for the employee, who was clearly under a lot of pressure trying to manage everything alone. This stuck with me for the rest of the day and lead me to leaving my first ever review. For a better customer experience and to support the well-being of employees, I recommend that management ensures adequate staffing during peak hours.
