Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fontana

The staff is horrible no sense of manners. There portions are ridiculous u ask for a burrito or a bowl they put no type of meat on it and then u pay it comes out to $20 plus

This location is not clean. The tables inside are dirty and outdide full of bird"s poo. Regarding the food, they give you a lor of rice or lettuce, but they give you very small portion of chicken or meat. I went with my husband and both of us were very disappointed because that. We spent around $20 each for a plate full of carbohydrates

No complains about this chipotle. I love coming to this one.

Worst chipotle in the I.E Ordered three different options more than an hour before closing and the rice was stale and had no flavor, the meat had no flavor and it wasn’t savory and the beans were hard, there was so much rice that the only thing you could taste was flavorless rice , I get that people make mistakes but if your working for a business that is known for being expensive at least make an effort to fix your mistake, especially since you don’t know if someone treated their family to it

For the money that is paid for a barbacoa burrito they shouldn 't hold back nor be stingy with their portions. Not to mention it was Memorial Day and I kindly asked if they gave military or veterans discount? The reply was a cold no. I responded not even on memorial day. Reply: I just answered your question. Very kind way to be thankful to someone who served our country and most importantly on memorial day.
