Casa Jimenez - Fontana

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. I was feeling down, and not one server asked if I needed assistance. When I finally asked for the bill, it took my server at least 20 minutes to bring it because he was too busy taking orders. I ended up having to walk over to the stand to pay. When the server finally arrived, he asked if I was going to leave a tip instead of asking how I was feeling. I will never return to this restaurant again; it seems like all they care about is getting tips with no regard for customer service.

Food is always Good here, n the michillada's are great ?? but Way to over priced. N after u been served the service is less than desirable.

Kid-friendliness: Well behaved children. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair and walkers with seats can fit.

Love love love their food. One of my favorite stops to just have a dinner date with my honey and have la tapiqueña and a tall michillada

Most of the time, it's pretty good . Service is always friendly. Food is always hot and tasty. A little loud that day . But that's me.
