What Leopold Boyle doesn't like about Baker's Drive-thru:
Probably won't be back to this location. Took 19 minutes for my order of 1 meal to be ready. They said they had called me earlier, but I was the only person in the restaurant, and never heard them. Plus any Baker's I've ever been to brings your order to the table, so I was expecting that. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the guy was nice and replaced my fries because they had been sitting out for so long. But chee... View all feedback.
After visiting this restaurant three times in the past month, I feel compelled to share my disappointment. My orders have been consistently incorrect and the food quality seems to be lacking, as if it has been sitting out before being served to customers. On one occasion, my burrito was stale, and on another, I ordered a chorizo burrito but received an egg and cheese burrito instead. There have also been instances where my order was missing items altogether. Due to these repeated issues, I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this particular location. Furthermore, the attitude of the young lady at the drive-through has been consistently negative. While I understand that everyone has bad days, this should not be a recurring problem. It appears that some staff retraining may be necessary in order to prevent further loss of business.
The drive-thru service was quick and efficient, and the food was well-prepared and delicious.
Every time I have visited this bakery, I have had to ask them to correct my order. This has happened every single time, without fail. I live nearby and frequent this establishment often, but they have never gotten my order right. I am owed a lot of free food, but I never redeem it because I always have to call after I get home to report missing items or incorrect orders. They need new management or workers, or perhaps both.
Burger meat is tiny. If you want a burger you're better off going somewhere else
Customer service is always good , the food is a different story.
