Taj Mahal - Fontainebleau

This is one of the family favorite resturants in fontainebleau, excellent customer service and eating is just a gott send when their missing fravorite indian resturanten back to home. highly recommended.

I entered this restaurant during my trip to fontainebleau. Normally I would not have eaten at an Indian place in france, but the heavy quantity pulled me into the restaurant to check it. frankly, the young do a good work by making a...variant, but the attempt to adapt has made eating very bland and lack of gunsten. I tried the biriyani combo, which was not delicious at all, especially the huh not well marinated. I have also tried a sweet dish, but that also had a very strange taste. Overall, if they are an indian and feel nostalgic and want to have some Indian food, they avoid this place at all cost. they will be better at eating at a good French or Italian place and again better reminding

Hello.I am sharing a little experience . I went to a Indien restaurent with my 15 friends from insead . The name of this Restaurant is Taj Mahal, every item of this restaurant was good and testy. If anybody want to take the real test...of indian food they have to justify the the restaurant of this city and go there. As a client , i can say , the service man is very friendly and give discount to students .I and my one of my friend have visited their kichen and that was cneat and clean. i hope this restaurant will give their normal service to their clients .

August 2008. As a vegetarian, I know that trying to eat non-French food in France is usually a disaster but when I see an Indian restaurant run by Indians my defences sometimes drop. If you like Indian food, do not eat at this restaurant; the...meals have been modified so much for the French palate as to render them just about inedible and on top of this, the service is abysmal
