The Chart House - Fontainebleau

We made a reservation for 8:45 we were delayed 30 minutes. When one of the dinners was incorrect we waited 15 minutes to re make it came out a second time wrong and the manager Mario's resolution was to deduct the waiter's tip from the check! He was not only rude, arrogant and condescending, he finger pointed any of the issues to his staff rather then making the customer happy he brushed it off on the staff as their problem. We were a group of 7 people never to return. While getting our car and talking to each other about our experience, the couple behind us agreed, their food was poor and the service was worst!

It was an unforgetable evening, the food was amazing, the view was unique and the service was exceptional.

This restaurant is tucked into a little corner of Coconut Grove, secluded from the noise, and facing the bay of Biscayne...Absolutely beautiful...I love this place. Everything about it is chic. Their chicken marsala is wonderful, and their service is great. I love the atmosphere because it's refined but laid back...Awesome restaurant for special occasions...Love it!
