Contribute Feedback What Aditya Narayanan likes about Starbucks:
Conveniently located in Concourse E of MIA, which has very few other dining options. Service was pretty quick. Despite the slightly higher price tag, the brownie and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino were the perfect way to fill up before my long international flight. View all feedback.
What Eric Gooden doesn't like about Starbucks:
Makes sense to have 3 baristas for 100 people in line all day long. You’re making at least $10 per person…..quit being a cheap corporate company and provide your workers support. View all feedback.
Not sure how on earth this establishment has more than one star. It's actually leading me to believe that the google review system isn't operating correctly. 45 min wait in line (our fault for not leaving) but this gives the impression that Starbucks doesn't care that we are waiting because they know they have us by the balls. After waiting 45 mins to place the order another 15 mins to receive it! TWO EMPLOYEES servicing a busy terminal at one of the largest airports. COME ON! RIDICULOUS.
I have stopped here multiple times and it’s never been a good experience. Please improve your punctuality and customer service. You can easily stand in line for half an hour to an hour. There is always a very looong line which is not a great situation for people at the airport with flights to catch. One time I placed my order online to pick up and I was still waiting when I should’ve been at my gate ready to board. I explained my situation to the barista and asked if she has idea when my drink would be ready. She couldn’t give me a satisfactory answer. By the time you leave with your drink at this location you are exhausted and frustrated by the terrible service they provide here. #Howarddosomething
Surly service and overpriced even before you take into account the fictional prices you actually get charged. Do not believe the marked prices everything was charged at a much higher than marked price. Avoid if at all possible.
Oh Boy. The absolute WORSE of my Starbucks experiences. I speak very clearly, so when my order gets messed up…Asked for a small coffee with Hazelnut flavoring. Didn’t like I wasn’t going to add the Half\u0026Half. Also ordered a Bagel (toasted with butter. NOWHERE to sit, stood at the counter, waiting for my order. Got a coffee which was DARK and BITTER. Didn’t have flavoring. Asked the young woman at the Expresso machine if SHE had prepared my beverage. Didn’t speak but glanced at the one who took my order. She came over, grudgingly. Bagel in a bag, no butter. Dashed inside the back and dropped a box in front of me and took out 2 servings of butter. When I said my coffee didn’t have enough Half\u0026Half she poured some Skim milk into a cup (I was watching, and was going to hand it to me. Told her cold milk would make the coffee COLD. Heated the milk and added flavoring (hadn’t before. 7.05. Left to find a place to sit and eat. The bitterness of the coffee made me thirsty. Went back. Was charged 5.00 for a small bottle of FIJI water. This time another clerk. When I asked the price of the bigger bottle (figuring I would save , she said SHE DIDN’T KNOW. “The Manager is on break,” “I would have to scan it.” HOW can one work at a food/beverage counter and not know prices???? Had no problem serving a man. Became flirty and animated. Star is for the bagel. Starbucks, you pride yourselves in the performance of your “Baristas.” NOT HERE.
