Starbucks - Fontainebleau

From the outside it appears to be empty. But when I visited I could see that it is a very busy place. Very good service (means they smile). I like it. Very friendly. I tried a delicious lavender cold brew coffee.?

Fantastic spot for networking and socializing with others.

There was no availability of iced coffee, but the barista was friendly.

Unfortunately this is my local Starbucks, I go about five times a week, 4 out of 5 I am met with terrible attitudes, everyone hates their job. 3 out of 5 my drink is made wrong. 2 out of 5 I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my drink as the drive thru is the only thing that is prioritized. 1 out 5 I stand at the register simply waiting to be acknowledge since no one wants to the order. Today was officially my last time visiting this location, my order was made incorrectly and three employees gathered to discuss how I was the one who place it wrong, although the person before me was also waiting since their order was made incorrectly. I used to look forward to my Starbucks, but that has changed drastically. I really hope they make some big changes because to pay $7 for a coffee and receive this level of unprofessionalism is simply wrong.

The employees really make this place shine. I can get a coffee anywhere, but the energy and smiles here make my day
