Rosetta Bakery X Best Buddies

I was in Rosetta I love the service and the croissants and Bombolones are wonderful, thanks Jorgelina’s alway you are happy and friendly!

They have excellent baked goods, gigantic bakery pizza slices, and delicious sandwiches. For desserts, their Tiramisu is perfection, and they have a wide assortment of other yummy treats.Great foods and drinks are well complemented by friendly and FAST service.

Worst customer service experience…. Your employees have the worst attitude. I’ve been here a few times already and it’s always the same. I won’t be back. If you want to go to Rosetta try the location close to Brickell City Centre instead.

Pastry heaven!!! This place is a gem. All of the sandwiches and pastries are freshly made and baked. As a reference, I ordered the Spinach Turkey and Mozzarella with tomatoes focaccia sandwich and Rosemary Ham and Cream Cheese focaccia sandwich, pistachio, croissants and Treccia (croissant filled with custard and fresh fruits). Everything was spectacular! The employees are super helpful and friendly. From now on, this is my favorite and only location I will be going to from now on. If I could I would give this location 10 stars!!!

Unfortunately employees feel very entitled to treat clients poorly because they have a good product. The toxicity of the workplace is felt by customers which is unfortunate and it starts with who appears to be the manager (blonde lady) and it is contagious to the other employees. In summary, my wife ordered a type of coffee, they registered another coffee and refused to change the order and raised their voices to my wife. POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service which is unexpected for a place that also supports a great foundation like Best Buddies- this also damages the name of this foundation
