Food was not prepared correctly. The moros were good, but the Vaca Frita was not done correctly. The meat is supposed to be shredded and fried crispy. The Chef left the meat unshreded in lumps and not fried crispy. Was sent back. Did not shred not cooked crispy. You know a restaurant has to be good when the noise from low flying planes and a busy high trafficked street do not deter diners from coming to this authentic Cuban restaurant. The lobster bisque, blackened snapper, grilled chicken and sweet plantains were superb and the service couldn’t have been better friendly and ultra efficient. Simply fantastic. View all feedback.
