What impressed me upfront was the friendliness of the service. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and went across the aisle to Starbucks for something. The person who attended me, went all over to Starbucks to tell me personally that the sandwich was ready. I was impressed! The Sandwich was delicious btw.I found a new place to stop while transiting in the Miami Airport. Can totally recommend it! View all feedback.
What Haley D doesn't like about Counter Custom Burgers:
The service here was okay, but for a restaurant specializing in burgers, my expectations were very high for the burger itself. The patty was clearly frozen/not fresh, lacked seasoning and flavor, and the toppings proportions were not great. I could name a dozen restaurants with a better burger. View all feedback.
The place sucks AND the software that you’re forced to use secretly charges you an additional 18%.DO NOT LEAVE A TIP. 18% is already added.
I was here for a layover at the Miami airport, and when I came in and took a seat at the dining room, I had the feeling that I was being watched the entire time. The place was very empty, so the wait staff started at me and watched me eat my food. There was a bigger older guy in a red shirt who even was watching me eat from the other side of the table. My waiter went to one of the tables next to me and watched me eat. When I looked at him, he would look away as if he wasn’t watching. Overall uncomfy vibes, and was disappointed with the portion size for the price. Burger was decent, but they gave me about 7 fries. Would not recommend coming here due to how pricey it is.

Not worth the extra money for what I thought would be a better burger than the Wendy's that was a few gates over. The buns are dry, the service is pretty slow, and it feels overpriced for what you're getting.
Veggie burger was horrible. Do not recommend. Fries are a shriveled joke. Staff was very kind and helpful.
