Ariete - Fontainebleau

We have eaten in multiple Michelin starred restaurants and we felt that this one didn't quite hit the mark. The food was fine but nothing special; it really missed the wow factor.

Cuban American inspired dishes, executed flawlessly. They have two prix fixe menus and you can also order a la carte. The duck is a must, and although it's advertised for two people, it can easily feed three or four if you order appetizers. Music playlist could definitely use some improvement. Nice atmosphere

Somewhat pricey, but pressed Duck was indeed very good, same goes for the Short Ribs, Venison Foei Gras! Place is fairly small and decor surprisingly very basic, Latin music too loud at times! However, Service was outstanding! Corkage fee too high, same goes for wine prices! Forced to order a la Carte as entire table must have Tasting Menu, no exception!

Many thanks to Isabel and the entire team for a fabulous evening at Ariete. The team did an outstanding job in pacing out our meal. You can tell that all team members take great pride in their position and strive to give guests an outstanding culinary experience. Absolutely loved the Crudo and Scallop appetizers. The duck for two was something we had been craving since our 1st visit in January of 2022 and is a must try dish. We love how they tweak the sides that come with duck. Be sure to leave room for dessert as the flan was unlike any flan we've experienced.

Our dining experience at Ariete was awesome. Our server was top notch attentive but not obtrusive. We ordered a very nice bottle of wine they have improved their wine list along with our favorite appetizer and entree scallop and short rib. Outstanding!!
