1811 is a really good place that gathers us as a community. In this occasion, my husband and I are helping 2 fellow musicians that just arribed from paraguay and we asked the Owner's who are our friends to give an space to the musicians to play theyr songs with the Paraguayan Uruguayan community and so they said yes! So we went and had a really good time singing alone with the boys, our friends and having good food and company!.
What Esther Frances doesn't like about 1811 Pastas:
Ordered a to go order and was told a 30 minute wait. Waited an hour, watched one of the people working leave on a scooter and then received cold food. Will not be back View all feedback.

Great food with good prices. Just took a bit of time to get our food even though it wasn't very busy. The food made up for it though. This is a food truck.
I had never tried Paraguayan food. So I was glad to find out there is a food truck only a few blocks away from me. I really liked the Mbeyu, which is like a cheese flatbread. I wanna try the chipas next.

The food is so delicious I felt like I was back in Paraguay enjoying every meal. The service and food here is just the best. I highly recommend this spot!!
