Le Roy D'ys - Fontaine-l'evEque

Last night (20 July), my wife and I visited roy d'ys restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and the service was excellent. For starters, my wife had a delicious beef carpaccio, while I ordered the devil's scampi with cashew nuts. Unfortunately, my scampi dish was served with a bowl of overly spicy tomato sauce, making it difficult to enjoy the dish. For our main courses, my wife ordered an Italian steak but was disappointed to receive a salad with unseasoned vegetables and no meat, which quickly became boring. I opted for a beef steak with pepper sauce, but the beef tasted burnt, the sauce was unpleasant, and the fries were cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we felt like we wasted 107€ on a subpar meal.

I highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation. David and his team will serve you a delicious meal with friendliness and kindness. We have been regular customers for over 10 years now.

My wife and I were yesterday evening July) at the roy d'ys, we were very welcome and the service was well done, then comes the entrance, my wife a carpaccio of beef, very well and for me, a scampis to the devil, I received a bowl filled with shaved edge of hot tomato sauce, he would have taken me a exhaustion to get my scampis! Like a dish, my wife took an Italian cutlade, and asked for hot vegetables, she received a salad not even seasoned, without meat bathed in a sort of sauce that quickly became boring, for me, I took a steak of beef with pepper sauce. the beef had a very pronounced taste of burning the sauce was infect and ending the cold fries a lost evening and in the trash.
