You'll find it here, with an extensive menu to choose from. Delicious. It's a shame the atmosphere feels a bit unromantic, but personally, I haven't encountered that anywhere else in Fondi. I guess, as the locals do, so the locals do. It's a bit more expensive by Italian standards, but the quality of the cuisine and the service more than make up for it. By Dutch standards, it's even inexpensive! Highly recommended.
