I absolutely love the vanilla cold brew here! Every time I visit, it is so hard to decide if I want a smoothie bowl, breakfast sandwich, or salad because everything is SO good. The food comes in generous quantities and is always made so fresh. The service is wonderful and the seating area is adorable (Especially when it is warm and you can sit outside, too! Local good available to purchase and browse inside, too! View all feedback.

Tried 3 of the spring menu items for 2023. The grilled veggie wrap was amazing. Have some concerns over the buddha bowl I think it's called. Chickpeas quinoa red pepper sauce dish upset all 3 of us. My 2 year old is going on day 3 now of puking and diarrhea. Trust me when I say puking red pepper sauce color and diarrhea is not fun to clean up. I tried three items from the spring menu for 2023. The grilled veggie wrap was fantastic! However, I have some concerns about the Buddha bowl, which I think was the name. The dish, which contained chickpeas, quinoa, and red pepper sauce, caused issues for all three of us. My two-year-old is now on day three of vomiting and diarrhea. Trust me, cleaning up after red pepper sauce-colored vomit and diarrhea is not enjoyable. Both my partner and I experienced mild stomach discomfort; while I didn’t vomit, she did once. I suspect there might have been something off with that sauce or dish—perhaps it wasn’t prepared properly, or maybe it was expired? I’m open to trying this place again, but I don’t think I could let my child eat there in the future. We visited on Wednesday the 26th.
We always enjoy dining at Fresh Fit. The food is consistently delicious. Although there was a slight wait, it was nothing too bad. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Food: 5/5
I truly adore the vanilla cold brew at this place! Every time I go, I'm faced with the tough choice of whether to get a smoothie bowl, breakfast sandwich, or salad because everything is just delicious. The portions are generous, and the food is always fresh. The service is fantastic, and the seating area is charming—especially on warm days when you can enjoy sitting outside! Plus, there's a selection of local goods available to browse and shop inside as well!
Update: after seeing my experience my order was refunded. Great follow up by management. I’m so glad because I normally love the food here. Will definitely be back. Changing to 5 stars. Thank you!Disappointed in my visit today. The food understandably takes a while because it’s cooked fresh so I order ahead. I placed my order for 10:45 pickup. Arrived and checked in with the cashier. The cashier kept making eye contact with me and then looking at the kitchen so I thought she was waiting for my order, I was being patient. Finally after 11:00 I asked her how long my order was going to be because it was scheduled for pickup over 15 minutes ago. She picked it up off the back counter and handed it to me! Cold Turkey burger. :
Absolutely delicious. The bun was soft, the cheese perfectly melted. Tastes even bette than it looks! The pickles were even placed under the wrapper so they did not make the chips soggy! I called to tell them it was amazing and the team member up front was Jenna. Such an amazing employee. Thank you fresh fit for a scrumptious lunch.Parking: Parking is easy in and out
