I have workers who mentioned al roma pizzeria so we had dinner there yesterday. I was very impressed with everything. I had the mustels with linguine and loved it. we also had theCalamari appetizer that was great. the waitress was very friendly and the service was fast. the facility was very clean and the restaurant is beautiful. highly recommended! Went there for lunch. First off they did not have the Carbliss that I like. There were nine of us for lunch. We ordered water at the table and had to ask the waitress twice for the water. Ordered the Lobster Mac and cheese. States new on the menu, was dry, not very cheesy. Received my bill and used a debit card to pay. Didn’t receive food ordered. Questioned food upon arrival as being wrong. Didn’t look like any bbq chicken pizza I’ve ever ordered before. Server asked what was I expecting. I explained what I was anticipating, she agreed but stated it was correct. We ate one slice a piece and server came back and asked how everything was. I stated I don’t like this food at all. I was then told that buffalo pizza, was the same as a bbq chicken pizza. Server then couldn’t find the manager. Twice she looked for the manager. We just paid and left. Called the restaurant to talk to the manager. No one answered. We’ve never experienced this kind of service before. I sure hope this was a glitch and not a new trend in service. Can't believe we'd never been here before! Good food using quality ingredients, excellent service, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Portions are very generous, so plan to share or take home leftovers. Ala Roma is officially added to our list of local go-tos now.
