Pho Mimi - Folsom

What Mel Cat likes about Pho Mimi:
My go to place for rare steak pho! They have fried chicken with rice that is also AMAZING. My only complaint is that I feel like the amount of meat you get with it seems to have become less over the last year. I usually order extra meat now, but it still seems less than what you should be getting for what your paying. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Pho Mimi:
The broth was okay on both of the pho dishes that I ordered. The broth on the special pho was a little too sweet for my taste. Meanwhile, the lemongrass flavor didn?t really come through with the beef lemongrass pho. Both broths were unfortunately lacking flavor.
