I 'm not even sure they put the garlic sauce... read more The sandwich was just okay. I asked for extra peppers and extra garlic sauce, which I did not get extra of either. I 'm not even sure they put the garlic sauce on. The customer service was awful. There were 3 girls in there working, one was sitting down ata table on a tablet (maybe on break) but the other two girls didn 't even acknowledge me when I first walked in. Minutes laterone of them said picking up or ordering I said ordering and she told me she 'd be with me in a minute. I waited probably 4-5minutes while they focused on making other sandwiches and then was rudely asked what do you want? . As one girl was making mysandwich the other rang me up. I also ordered a fountain drink, which she never gave me and I had to ask for the cup again. Ienjoy Mr. Pickles, but this one truly does lack any inclination of proper customer service and the sandwich was just mediocrefor $13.

The female employee assisted me and she wa... read more Stopped in today at 1:30pm, there were 2 employees the Male was welcoming and informed me they could help me shortly. The female employee assisted me and she was short of friendly. One if the TVs that had the menus was off so I tried to hint at what Iwanted based on what I remembered and was met with her honorary responses of yeah we have that and we have two sandwicheswith cream cheese what do you want on it? I would say it was less than helpful or understanding to why I couldnt order thesandwiches by name. I placed my order and left to find my sandwhichs were on the wrong breads. I dont live far from the storebut chose to not return hoping to put the poor experience in the past.

I also ordered potato salad and it wasn't even halfway filled. It seems like they are raised in their prices and lowering the qualityof their food. Might as well go to Subway if I'm paying this much money. I called and complained and they said I would get afree sandwich. Next time I go, I will update with the experience.
