Unlike some other reviewers, she has never received an incorrect order, and she really loved her chicken sandwich. I find the regular recipe breading to be a bit too salty, but opting for the extra crispy version makes it more enjoyable for me. We typically use the GrubHub pickup option (thanks to gift cards from her employer), and our orders are always ready when we get there. I used to work at Chester's Chicken in EDH, which I believe was the best fried chicken around. It's tough to find good fried chicken these days unless you make it yourself, but I'm glad KFC is still around!

The chicken is consistently delicious and fresh—never stale—and they usually offer a great variety. You can really tell they fry in fresh oil, unlike some other places that use old oil, resulting in overcooked and stale food. In my opinion, this is the best KFC in the entire Sacramento area. I’ve tried several others, and they just don’t compare.

After a bad experience before, I decided... read more Terrible food and management! I will NEVER return to this place! I honestly don’t understand how they stay in business. After a bad experience before, I decided to give them another chance, but was just as let down! I usually don’t complain or write negative reviews, but this time I felt compelled. Considering this is supposedly one of the most expensive fast food chains, you’d expect much better food quality and customer service, but both were seriously lacking at the Folsom Iron Point location!

I ordered the 3-pi... read more My brother and I went to KFC for lunch. Although the lobby was closed due to staffing shortages, our food issues didn't seem related to that. I ordered the 3-piece chicken box but only received two pieces—a leg and a wing. To add to the disappointment, both the A&W Root Beer and Diet Pepsi we ordered tasted like root beer. While my brother’s drink had a pressed-in lid indicating it was diet, mine didn’t, so it wasn’t a mix-up on our part. Both sodas were flat and bland. The chicken was okay but lacked flavor. On the plus side, the biscuit was good, and the woman who took our order was friendly, even though the overall service was lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you plan to eat in the lobby, which isn’t currently available due to staffing issues, as you might only realize mistakes in your order after you get home.
