The staff is f... read more I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars mainly because of the pricing, but overall it's a great place. I've been a regular at this location for years. The staff is friendly and always greets you when you arrive and wishes you a good day when you leave. The drinks are of good quality, and the service is quick if you're in a hurry.

The staff was excellent—very helpful with our choices and provided a lot of information, which I really appreciated.

Alt... read more I really enjoy Jamba Juice, so it's tough for me to write a negative review. However, the staff at this particular location often come across as disengaged. Although they greet customers with a "Welcome In," it lacks the enthusiasm that makes it feel genuine and more like a duty. I often visit this location because it’s conveniently located between my home and workplace, and I appreciate that it’s usually not busy, allowing for a quick visit—typically in and out within five minutes. However, I've come to expect a somewhat dull experience here, which makes me keep my interactions brief and focused solely on placing my order. This experience is a stark contrast to my regular Jamba Juice in Roseville, where the staff is consistently cheerful, friendly, and engaging. I wish I knew how to help improve the atmosphere at the Blue Ravine location, as a little more enthusiasm could truly make a significant difference.

However, substituting ingredients in a restaurant that prides itself on its quality is simply unacceptable; it compromises both the aroma and flavor of the dishes. Additionally, there have been issues with correctly fulfilling orders, unless there's a demand for cold waffles, sandwiches, and pretzels. While the staff members are doing their best, a business can't operate effectively without the right tools and resources to succeed.

Despite my... read more To illustrate my point, I shared previous receipts from this location, including one from February 28, 2022, showing both discounts had been applied. Despite my proof, she continued to argue with me and never offered any proper customer service. There have been several instances where the staff neglected to apply my tumbler discount. In those cases, a different employee went above and beyond to fix the issue. On another occasion, a male staff member pretended to resolve the problem but didn’t actually do anything. However, this time, Shelby chose to argue instead of helping me. I understand there is a staff shortage, and as a regular customer, I try to be patient. Still, I would prefer not to encounter her again. Additionally, I should mention that the waffle I received was rock hard!
