Ordered a couple of salads, fries and a sandwich to go. after opening the bag realized that the sandwich was missing. went back into the restaurant and let them know. they gave me a new sandwich and took the original sandwich off of the bill. laterthat evening I found the missing sandwich covered by fries. called jacks to let them know I made a mistake and that I owed themmoney. They wouldn't hear of it and said my patronage was enough. I will be coming back. Sandwich was delicious too!

I ordered DoorDash for my husband. $20 for salmon salad. He said it?s good. No fishy and healthy.

Came here for the first time for dinner. The experience was ok, open and bright, good selection of objects... they are a little at the top for...

The mac and cheese was terrible and completely bland—just soggy pasta with no flavor at all. This was especially disappointing right after my stepmother’s funeral, where the pastor even mispronounced her name. It felt like a total waste of money, and oddly, everyone was wearing hiking boots—who wears hiking boots to a funeral? The service was poor, and both the table and booth were sticky. The noise level was so high it made me feel sick. After this mediocre dining experience, I went to Old Navy and rated it 10/10. If my stepmother had come here, she would have been truly disappointed—she might even disown me. Overall, I give the mac and cheese 2 out of 5 stars and do not recommend it.

The Create Your Own Salad was fantastic. I loaded it with salmon, broccoli, shaved Brussels sprouts, edamame, sweet potato, carrots, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and avocado, all on a bed of spinach and kale dressed with lemon herb vinaigrette. A true superfood extravaganza! I absolutely loved it—delicious!
