During a... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The bartender, who had blonde hair with poorly done brunette extensions, was quite unprofessional. During a big Eagles game against Dallas, the staff was enthusiastic, with cute shirts and face stickers, but that didn't reflect in her service. When I stepped away to use the restroom, she took my $24 tip from a $5 bill while I was gone, claiming I had left. When I returned, she ignored me for 35 minutes, which was extremely frustrating. It's really unacceptable to treat customers this way.
